In a world where social conditioning drives human beings into a frantic and oppressive rhythm, four women, worn down by this system’s expectations, go about their daily tasks almost mechanically — barely distinguishable from one another.

Drained of vitality and disconnected from their deepest aspirations, they find in dance — in Dakini, “she who moves through the sky” — clarity, and in the secret of the sacred fire, their liberation.

This show was created in 2017 at the initiative of Stéphanie Henriot (Luna), Marie Martin, Clémence Pastinelli, and Tamara Berg, artists of the Cirkomcha company.

The piece was born from a strong collective desire to speak of dormant dreams that risk being lost in this consumerist world, and of the beauty of people who love and support one another.

These four artists bear witness to a time of upheaval that everyone can feel. Values swing between extreme modernity and traditional roots, and it is a true challenge to remain in tune with one’s heart.

Through their respective disciplines, the artists reveal their essence and embody liberation through dance, aerial arts, fire, contortion, hula hoop, and many more surprises that will delight the audience.
